Thank you very much for your fast reply. Unfortunately there is no way to get in contact with the support whithout being connected with the account you need help for.

Hey PieroNeri, if you don't have access to the account in question, but you have access to the bank details of the payment, can we reach out to you via email, to investigate?

Hannah,
I am having the same problem of being billed for an account from a job I no longer work at and can no longer access the email to cancel this subscription. Can you HELP!?
- Nancy2 years agoDropbox Staff
Hi Tmack31! I hope it’s OK to jump in.
Are you being billed for a direct Dropbox subscription, or for a plan that has been upgraded via the App Store/Play Store?
You can double check this by looking up the last charges on your bank statement.

I have canceled my Dropbox account. They continue to charge my bank account every month. I can’t get Dropbox to reply because they say I don’t have an account! This has been going on for several months. I was warned about this but I was hoping they would make it right!!! What a Mickey Mouse business. It will cost me $50 to have my bank stop allowing Dropbox to continue to withdraw from my account!!!!

Jon58, can you let me know what’s the current web browser you’re using?
Carygarrison, I’m sorry to hear about this.
As a first step, can you please provide the ticket number from your convo with our support?
Are you being billed directly from Dropbox or the App Store/Play Store?
- Jon582 years agoExplorer | Level 3Nancy,
I use Google Chrome.

I am having this exact same issue. I have subscription that I no longer need, charged to my personal credit card, for an account I no longer have access to due it being an email from a former employer.
How can I cancel the subscription?

Contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
- Jon582 years agoExplorer | Level 3Dropbox makes it impossible to speak to a real person to cancel an account. I went to my credit card company and told them to block all future payments to Dropbox due to them being inaccessible.

I have the same issue, Can someone at Dropbox reach out so I can cancel the payments
- Jay2 years agoDropbox Staff
Hi kkrebs, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

Hi Hannah!
I am having the same problem!
I have a drop box subscription from my time with a company that I am no longer with. I do not have access to the email and am therefore unable to access my account.
I would really like to cancel my subscription. Can you please contact me or provide me with an email or phone number to call?
thank you
