I'm unable to restore my backup
Hi!
I'm trying to restore my backup from my previous pc to a new one.
However when I try to restore the backup, Dropbox show this message "Couldn't complete setup" ( I'm going to upload a screenshot ), and if I click on, "Try again" nothing happens.
What should I do to restore my backup?

Hi there Ivanom - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please try to do this through the backups page and let me know if you still get the same results?
Also, is the desktop app installed and running or were you just setting it up?

Hi Walter, unfortunately the error keeps showing up even when using the link to your backups page. I clicked on "Manage backups" > "Open backup settings". Then the client opened on Windows, but I'm having the same problem
Yes, I am using the desktop app that I downloaded from https://www.dropbox.com/downloading
