How to change directory
I am a new user of Dropbox. Accidentalily I have installed Dropbox on the C directory wich is only 122 GB. I now realise that I should have installed Dropbox data on an other (larger) partition of the HD.
How to change the current path C:\\Users\User\Dropbox\data to (for instance) F:\\Dropbox\data without loosing data !!
Oh no! Ok, for the 404 error, could you please try switching browsers?
If the issue persists, for now, I will provide you the steps here below.
For Windows:
1. Click the Dropbox icon from your system tray.

OK. I've got a similar problem. I moved Dropbox from my C to my D partition. But there's still a Dropbox folder (that's not syncing) in my C partition. How do I get rid of it? I tried deleting and it says it requires admin access (and I'm the admin). Also bad, even though I've changed my download location prefs in Windows 10, some programs still want to save files to my old C Dropbox, and I keep losing track of things. How to fix?!?
