I am using the app PocketBook (I assume that's what we're talking about) and I did some digging and found out what was wrong. Every time I clicked the "sync" button, it was like it wasn't regestering the click, so I went to Dropbox, then to Settings, to Security, and then scrolled down to the "linked apps" and found PocketBook in the list.
Apps linked
You've given these apps access to your personal Dropbox.
App name Publisher Access type
PocketBook e-reader | PocketBook e-reader | App folder |
Looks like this.^^
Above each column are APP NAME, PUBLISHER, ACCESS TYPE
So I knew that PocketBook only has access to the App folder, so I went to find that folder.
It is in Files
So I went to Files
- Recents
- Files
- Team
- Paper
- Photos
- Sharing
- Links
- Events
- File requestsWent to the Folder Apps (the app PocketBook created it automatically, because I didn't)then, I went back to the PocketBook app on my phone and swiped down. It "synced" and I got my books. So, it's just a lot of maneuvering to get to the books. It's not all automatic.Hope this helps!Mad Hatter
