not enough storage?

Although i have used 200 MB dropbox says that i am running out of storage.

What could be the problem?

I don't use backups.

    Hi karin57, definitely.

However, each new Basic account will have 2GB. If the folder exceeds that, I'm not sure opening a new account would help.

Hi karin57, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Where are you getting a warning saying that you're running out of quota? I can't see this on your screenshot.

This will help me to assist further!

If you click the x at the top, are you still able to access the Dropbox site or app to add files?
