Why dropbox neither synchronizing by Dropbox app nor uploading from the dropbox webpage

I have created the Dropbox folder on my PC. But the Dropbox app just not synchronizing my folder with that folder on my Dropbox cloud. And I tried to upload my folder onto my Dropbox cloud through the webpage https://www.dropbox.com/home/...... , it just stopped at the first file do nothing anymore! What could be the cause? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

    YOU created the Dropbox folder? Or was it created when you installed the Dropbox application?

     

    The only Dropbox folder that will sync is the one that's created automatically when you install Dropbox. If that's the folder you're referring to, check the sync status of the app by hovering your cursor over the Dropbox icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).

        OK. I found sometimes it uploads very fast and sometimes it just does not upload at all and uploads very slowly!
