YOU created the Dropbox folder? Or was it created when you installed the Dropbox application?
The only Dropbox folder that will sync is the one that's created automatically when you install Dropbox. If that's the folder you're referring to, check the sync status of the app by hovering your cursor over the Dropbox icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
