How can I make my files available offline on the desktop app?

Hello. I have been using dropbox for a while now (on my desktop) and would like to enquire how to use dropbox offline. I googled and found this; "turn on the Available offline option", but I am unable to find this option.
Any advice would be most welcome. TIA!

Hi there, Melvin55, thanks for posting!

If the Dropbox application works correctly on your computer, you should be able to switch a file to "available offline", by right-clicking on it in your Dropbox folder and choosing the "make available offline" option.

Let me know if it works or if you have any issues.

Thank you for your feedback Hannah.
Unfortunately I am still unable to locate the offline option. Can you provide a screenshot? Is this option perhaps only available for paid membership? Thanks again

        Hey Melvin55, happy Monday!

Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the options you see on your end, as a first step?

Also, what is your computer's OS version and the Dropbox version you have installed?

You can see the latter, by hovering over your Dropbox icon.
