Would you be able to confirm the OS you're using along with the version of the app you're using on your end?
I'd also love a screenshot of the content menu that you see when you right click on a file inside your Dropbox folder, in order for me to have a visual too.

Megan, I would supply you a screenshot myself, but I'm unaware of a way to take a screenshot of a context menu in Windows.
But why would you need a screenshot? Are you saying there are users for whom the Request Files context menu option currently exists? If so, who? We've already had the issue acknowledged by other Dropbox team members. You should be able to right click on any folder in your own Dropbox folder and see there is no "Request Files" option any more. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
