The DELETE button is greyed out

Am trying to delete an entire folder's worth of songs I don't want, but the DELETE button is greyed out on all of them. I am the administrator of that dropbox.  Help?

  • I just figured out out...had to first "unshare" the files, and then I was able to delete them.  Thanks anyway Megan!

Hey there, Ron Hummel, let's jump right into this!

Is it safe to assume that you're trying to delete content, using our website?

Have you tried a different browser altogether, or an incognito tab on your current one? Also, is there a chance of that folder being a shared one?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

I was able to figure this out and get the DELETE button to revert back to functioning. Thanks-
