A person that was invited to a folder gets the error message "Download blocked"
A member of staff invited someone to a folder and when the person tried to download a form from that folder they got the message "Download blocked". Permissions have them able to edit, so not sure...

Hi clairekrz, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you attach a screenshot showing the exact message they received, while hiding any personal information and links?
This will help me to assist further!

I am having the same issue, except in my case, I am the owner of the account and the administrator of the files. Some (very few) files I have attempted to download have succeeded, but most elicit a message (it appears in the url bar at top of the page), saying "download blocked". If I go to history, it tells me the files have been downloaded, and when I click show in folder, it comes back blank.

Hey Erik van Lennep - sorry to hear about this.
Can you please let us know how you're downloading the files, and send us a screenshot of the exact you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, when you say history, are you referring to the file's version history or the events page perhaps?
