When I on the iPhone my Backup page online try to open I get a picture of a buldog with the text to update my browser to the newest version of Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari. Edge seems not to exist for iPhone, the other 3 are updated (several times) and that was no solution.

Hi Robertbm, can you clarify your current OS version, along with the version of the Dropbox app?
If you have a screenshot of the page you get on your end, it's more than welcome. Feel free to attach it here.

Hey Robertbm, sorry to jump in, but have you tried requesting the desktop version of the website though the browser you're using?

I think this was the problem. I deleted all the browser info in Chrome and after that I could see the backup again. Thank you for your help!!
