Camera upload from different phones into different folders
Hello, I have created a new folder "Camera upload Karla" where I want my wifes iPhone to automatically upload photos to. This seems not to be so easy, as Dropbox on a phone will only upload to "Camera Upload" folder. Is this correct? How can I make her iPhone upload automatically to the new folder? Photo backup on iPhone isn’t working - alternating between files
I am on the latest iOS and Dropbox for my iPhone 13. Dropbox 324.2 and iOS 16.4.1 I noticed that it was going forth between 5 and 4 photos left. There is plenty of room in dropbox. Nothing has been uploaded. I followed the instructions mentioned here https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Storage-Space/Photo-backup-on-iPhone-isn-t-working/td-p/515471for clearing the cache and rebooting. Still have the same issue and it won't give it up. Problem also exists backing up via cellular. currently, for some bizarre reason, if a user uploads, a video to dropbox, the thumbnail attached to the video becomes a random screen frame approximately eight seconds into the video, rather than the first image of the video. Thus, if you make a video and wish to share it with others from your dropbox, the thumbnail that attaches to it will be some random unintended thumbnail. This is sub optimal programming, and dropbox says that they will correct it if enough users request it. please vote to make the thumbnail assigned as the first frame of an uploaded video.2.3KViews9likes6Comments

WHAT I need to unselect multiple photos that I have downloaded across months of uploads without having to scroll through back through all selected photos. WHY Time. I selected photos from multiple months and I cannot deselect them at one time. I have several computers with its own account that upload backup files daily. The problem is if someone is able to log into the computer and delete the files, it would be very troublesome. Connecting DropBox to Samsung My Files.
I have read that as of October 2019, Dropbox no longer supports connection to the Samsung "My Files" app. I suggest that Dropbox reconsiders this decision, because: 1. Other big companies' cloud storage services such as OneDrive and Google Disk are allowing connection to the Samsung "My Files" app. 2. Dropbox already allows connection to the iOS "Files" app. 3. This encourages Samsung users to easily use Dropbox within one files app, which could convert them into paid users. 4. This will not take away from the usage of the Dropbox app, since many great features are still needed to be used on the Dropbox app itself. The Samsung "My Files" app just helps to easily reach the stored files of many cloud storage services in one place, and nothing more after that.
