Paywall blocks shared files
I iamb taking a class and have a free drop box account since the teacher drops all the shared files in dropbox folders. Until recently I was able to” view.” All content on my phone but now, when I click on the folder, a pay wall comes up I decline the pay wall, and then I click on the folder, and the pay wall comes up again. The cycle continues bottom line as I am not able to view shared folders from my iPhone 13 anymore after using it for an entire year with no problems. Can you help?Trying to determine what version of Dropbox to use.
Have a small office of 15 users and want to use Dropbox to store content that we all map to for a program we use. Currently keeping the content on a server in the office but more and more users are working at home and must access this shared content over vpn which makes the program slow. The software program support tells us to get a Dropbox account, copy the shared folder there and then sync it to all user computers. It looks to me like Dropbox Business being a Team account would be best for this. Since this account requires a minimum of 3 users is it possible to have a Owner account, an Admin account and then a user account? Can all 15 users share this User account without each having their own account? The 15 users would need to sync the one shared folder to their respective computer.

Good afternoon, I have been asked to save files in the Dropbox of my friend. I have now run out of space. Do I need to upgrade or is it my friend who has to upgrade on my behalf. I am unclear about how this works. Kindly advise. Also, what is the difference between a professional and a basic upgrade package? I see that there is a big jump in subscription prices. Can't find my desktop files, after changing plans
I was asked this morning to upgrade as I did not have enough space in my dropbox , I did that but made a mistake and went for business which I dont need. Got on chat and they took me off business and now I am back to the free personal version as before, The only difference is that I now cannot see my original desk top files on my Mac and cant get back to the person I chatted with before. Any ideas please?
