i have a link and it always bring me to upgrade page

hey, can someone answer about this problem, i cant see the thing someone shared with me from the link and it always brung me to upgrade page that i don't want

    Hey oshri! Thanks for posting this on our forum. 

     

    Are you sure this is a shared link, and not a shared folder instead? If the latter, and you don’t have enough space on your Dropbox account to add it, then you’ll be asked to upgrade.

     

    Can you send me a full screenshot of what you see, though? I’d like to have a look.
