Some photos are not automatically downloading, I have to download them manually
I'm uploading a large number of photos from my iPhone 13 to my Dropbox, but they aren't downloading? I have to click on each of the cloud symbols INDIVIDUALLY to finish the download. 1. Is this something I can do in a batch operation? 2. Is there a setting for this I need to fix? 3. Why is this happening?
The color of my videos changes after being added to Dropbox.
Lately when I have downloaded videos from my iphone 12 to the dropbox app the color in the videos have been distorted and not clear. Does anyone have a fix for this? This is also happening with my wife’s iphone to the dropbox app. Thank you.
IOS app - Save to Device option is missing
Hi All! I notice that on my iPhone in the Dropbox App, the option to "Save to Device" is missing when viewing Photos. Has it been removed or moved elsewhere? It used to appear in the menu when you click the three dots at the top right corner. (See KB article here: https://help.dropbox.com/installs/export-files-mobile) Any suggestions would be appreciated, as I found it a very handy way of transferring photos from other devices to my phone to send to friends.
