I have a professional DropBox account and I'm working on a Mac, OS 12.5. I have several files that are sync'd locally that I would like to move off my hard drive and make online only. When I right-click on the folders, however, I'm not getting the option from the drop-down menu to make the files online only. Any suggestions? Morning All I have uploaded folders this morning and everyone within the Dropbox group have had an email from myself (via Dropbox) inviting them to edit said folder. This is the first time this has happened and my colleagues have made new folders after and no emails have been sent out. Support were less then helpful and I am sure it will be a silly setting I have hit my end, but could anyone please help? Hi I was using Dropbox Beta with the new cloud storage location in Ventura. I had both personal and business account on the desktop app. Things were working mostly ok, but I was having some issues with syncing, so I thought I should try leaving the beta. that's when all the problems started. After I left the beta, I could no longer add a second account to the desktop app. I tried adding the Personal account then adding the Business acount. I tried adding the Business account, then adding the Personal account. When I add the second account, Dropbox crashes and it doesn't login. So I went back to the beta to see if that made a difference and it hasn't. Hi, I have the android app and my personal (basic) account and work account connected. I've recently noticed that if in the personal account there is no option to switch to the work account. I have to logout of the personal account and then it defaults back to the work account. Then if I want to get back to the personal one I have to login again and it switches ok but if then try to go back to the work account the link has disappeared again. Both accounts show in the settings and everything works ok on PC and online, it is just an app issue and is the same on both my phone (android V12) and tablet V13), both running App version 356.2.2 which I believe is latest. Our team is on a Dropbox Advanced plan with SSO activated via Microsoft. Internally we share Dropbox-links that are only visible when our team is logged in. But it seems the browser sessions are really short for Dropbox.com. Basically our users need to login in daily to dropbox.com. I have a new Macbook Air M3. I am new to mac. I have DB for Business. I have DB on macOS on File Provider. I opened an excel file in a shared folder and a system prompt came up asking me if I want to lock the file. I chose no and also selected the box to not show this prompt again. Well I want to show it again. I read I can reset theFile System Warning options by going into the DB settings, then account, and press the option key. I need to hold option and see the box to"Reset File System Warning options". If I let go of option key it disappears. so while holding the option key I click on it and it looks to press (changes color) but there is no prompt like apply. Hi I have Windows 10 Enterprise installed on my computer and newer version of Dropbox. Following options are not available in my dropbox preferences while 2 of my colleagues have it.
