Hi my credit card has been charged AUD$184 via PayPal. However I have not signed up to a yearly subscription and there is no register of this on my account nor has there been an invoice sent. I did not authorize this charge. Please help. I cannot fix this through support as I do not have a 12 digit credit card transaction id and cannot sort this out through the support centre question either. I attempted to cancel a free trail last night only to discover in the morning that the trail was NOT canceled and the payment went through. I am currently going through a particularly difficult time and quite literally do not have the money for this. Hi Everyone, I need help to cancel a subscription made on an account of a company for which I dont work anymore (no possibility to have access to the email service provider) therefore I don't have access to the account anymore. The payment was on my personal bank but the account was from the company and is not active anymore. How can I get in contact with dropbox to fix it? Therefore there is no way for me to -cancel the Plus subsciption. I cancelled both of my dropbox plans on two separate accounts several months ago. I am still getting a monthly charge, and I'm not sure where this charge is coming from. I can't use the billing lookup tool because I paid through paypal. The phone numbers on my paypal statement and my credit card statement for dropbox don't work. A help article directed me to request help with billing through the website, but I can't find anything about how to do that once I log in. Could I please hear back from a dropbox representative? I need help using my paypal information to 1) figure out what account is causing this expense and 2) figure out what I need to do to end the recurring subscription cost. Hello, I got two unknown deductions by USD on November 1 and 4 from my European bank account, and those were made by Dropbox! I had never used any Dropbox service and even didn't have my account. (Now, I just created my account only for requesting the solution, as it doesn't have any customer service email or phone number.) My bank requested recovering those payments, but today on November 13, I got another alert of Dropbox fraud! As I will never want to use Dropbox, please give me the comprehensive solution to STOP the deduction from Dropbox in the future! So awhile ago in October I made a dropbox Sign account so I could get my roomates to sign an agreement easier on a pdf. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. I could've sworn that I canceled this subscription but apparently I didn't and that's on me I guess.... When reviewing my taxes and credit expenses for the past year I came across 180 dollar charge in December. I was wondering if it was possible to get it refunded as I only made 3 or 4 signature requests during that one month.
