Can I become a team admin, if the current admin has left? I want to pay for the team plan.
Folks. as it turns out I've been uploading to a clients shared Dropbox and they stopped paying for the account. I just caught it after 3 years. The ADMIN is gone and Im only a support admin. How do I pay for it and become the admin? The old person is long gone and no one from the company is answering me. If anything how can I just move all my images to a new Dropbox? There's no option to cancel my Essentials trial from the account settings.
I received a reminder to cancel a free trial of Essentials- But no such trial appears on my Subscriptions Page- just a Basic subscription, and so no Cancel button (as the help page says there should be). These support pages are riddled with loops- which is infuriating for the user. Grrrrr.
I'm not receiving the password reset email. What can I do?
Hi, can't recover my other (older) account, which is obviously associated to another mail. I tried to get a mail to create a new password but I didn't find anything in the "inbox" and "spam" folder. Can I have multiple Dropbox accounts on one device?
I currently use the Dropbox desktop app with one account, syncing sticker WhatsApp group files seamlessly. However, I also have a second Dropbox account, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to log into both accounts on the same device via the Dropbox installer. How can I switch between accounts, or is there a way to manage both without needing to log out and back in? I'm using personal accounts, not part of a team, and I want to keep both accounts synced for different projects. Could anyone guide me through this process?
