"You cannot invite EmailName because they have an existing team Sign account" when invited to team

Hi!
I have a Dropbox account. I want to be invited to a business account, but when invited, it gives the following message.
"You cannot invite EmailName because they have an existing team Sign account"
This is while the account type is Dropbox Basic and does not have a team sign

    If you check your Dropbox email address, do you see any other emails from Dropbox Sign either in your inbox, or spam folder? 

     

    Also, if you try to log in to Dropbox Sign, do you see an existing account? 

     

    Let me know what you find.
