My invitee for the family plan receives error message when trying to join

Upgraded to Dropbox Family Plan and sent an invite but when the person i invited tries to join they get an error message stating there was an error but not to worry their info was saved to a 2 GB account.
I removed them from the family plan and re-sent the invite, and they had the same results. I removed them again and sent the copied link with the same results. Please help. Thank you.

    Hi there, Karen438, sorry to hear about this issue.

     

    If they open your link through a different browser or a private browsing window, does that help?

     

    Keep in mind that there's also a scheduled maintenance happening right now, so that might be affecting this process as well.

     

    Try again a bit later and if it's still not working, let us know.
