How can we restrict the devices that can connect?

In this case, you could set up 2FA on your team members’ Dropbox accounts and insert your phone number to receive the 2FA codes each time, if that’s what you’d like to achieve.
Just keep in mind that every time a team member wishes to log in to their Dropbox account via the website, you’ll need to send them the 2FA code (unless, they select the “Remember me” option, which would leave them connected the whole time).
If they try to link a new device to their Dropbox account, then they’ll only need to insert the 2FA code once, upon the setting up of the desktop app.
I hope I didn’t misunderstand something, but let me know if you need further help with this.

Thank you. With the proposed solution, it seems that we can only limit the number of devices, and it is not possible to allow login only from devices authorized by the administrator. Is there any other way to address this issue?
