Can't unsubscribe to marketing emails
Hi,
Marketing communications from Dropbox have a 404 when I try to follow any unsub link. This may break CANSPAM compliance, please fix.

Do you get the same behavior if you try this from a different browser or a private browsing window?
Or are you seeing this, when clicking on the 'unsubscribe' option from the email app on your mobile device?

Hey, it's happening on multiple browsers and operating systems.
It may have to do with how Gmail reads redirects you through their systems first. I seem to be able to pull the HTML and get the link to work.
Probably fine to close this out! Sorry for the nag.

I read the above carefully but I still missed the solution to this problem. The unsubscribe link provided in the email from DB does not work. I tried pasting the link into other browsers - it's a 404 dead link.

Hi x_Is_Invasive, could you try disabling the email options from this page to see if they help?
