I was on the Plus plan and seem to have been downgraded to basic.

Have you tried another browser to do this at all since you first noticed this? If you did and this persists, could you clarify the URL you're navigating to upgrade your account back to the Plus plan?
Apart from that, can you try from the plans page directly and let me know how it goes?

Yes I've tried it on Safari and Chrome
This is the URL I was navigating to https://www.dropbox.com/buy/plus
I tried the different options too and the spinning square only stops when I select the 3TB & Billed monthly options
The original subscription is via Apple (I think) so wondering if this is the issue. When I tried to upgrade direct via my iPhone it looks like it would work work but I want to pay using a different card.
