I’m sorry to hear about this, Lost_in_. Let’s have a look and see what we can find.
First off, can you access this page? If yes, I’d like a screenshot of what you see there. You can attach your screenshot in this thread by clicking on the button below (it will appear right before posting your reply):
Finally, I’d like one more screenshot of what you see here.
Let me know when you’re ready, and we’ll check this further.

Nancy,
Thank you for reaching out!
I'm going to try to upload 2 screenshots. 1. that shows 'trial period ended' and the other one that came when I was looking how to cancel and was told to go to account account icon and scroll down to 'manage' . I don't have a manage option.

Thanks for these screenshots, Lost_in_! From what I understand, you were initially billed for a Dropbox Essentials plan (on the 02/13/2024), but at some point after that, you also joined a Business team that was on trial (which has now expired causing your account to go into locked state).
Did you join another user’s Business team perhaps? If you check your Dropbox email address, do you see an invitation to join Dropbox Business?

Thank you.
1. No I am NOT AWARE of joining business plan.
2. I'm aware I was automatically billed that $211. I did nothing
3. So how to get out of that?
4. Or how do just cancel. This Dropbox experience just keeps going from bad to worse, as
I'm pretty sure you'll let me know there isn't anything I can do.
5. Sorry to be pessimistic...I just want to get out of Dropbox Hell.
