Need to join Business account
Help, I have a personal dropbox account and I have started to freelance for a company who has added me to their business drop box because they do alot of their work in paper. How can I get my account...

Hey there sandraaskey, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
May I ask how exactly you were added to the Business Dropbox account you mentioned? Were you added as a member of the team or maybe you were added to a shared folder?
What's your plan tab showing at the moment and which are the functions that you're missing in Paper?
Let us know and we'll take it from there.

How do I see what my plan tab is saying? Also I believe they added me to a shared folder. What should we do?

Hey sandraaskey, sorry to jump in here!
You should be able to see your plant tab here: https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan
As for the shared folder, that wouldn't essentially mean that they also added you to their Dropbox Business Team. Can you clarify the functions you're missing on your end, along with the plan you're currently using?

I have a personal dropbox basic account, they said they added me but I see none of the files. just the ones I have created, and I cant move them to the folders they have. I cant search any of their folders, I have to have them send me a link to access it every time.
