I want to cancel a subscription but cannot access the email address
I used to work at a company that was using a dropbox I no longer have access to the company email to log in but the subscription is being paid by my personal bank account. I would like to cancel this

Since you cannot access the email address associated with the account in question, I'd suggest contacting our support team, so they can help you cancel the subscription.
You can follow the steps below to do so:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- In the "I want to look up information related to" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
- Fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
Let us know when you have the ticket number!
