I want to cancel a Plus plan which I'm paying for but don't have access to

It's in the title

I seem to have a plus plan...

But the two dropbox accounts I do have are basic ones

Upon inspecting the payments go back years.

I cannot open the plusplan since i don't have an emailadres.

How do i cancel this immediately since my plans don't allow me to call or direct mail?!

    First I would use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for. If you recognize it, you can sign in to that account and cancel the subscription.

    If you're unable to sign in to the account or you don't recognize it, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

    I don't pay via creditcard. its an incasso via Adyen (a dutch intermediary) as such i cannot provide any creditcard info and im not getting through the bots. What bankinfo can i provide so this is handlded swiftly. It going back years

      You need to open a ticket using the steps I posted above. It's not a bot. It's a form you fill out to submit a ticket. Just go through the billing options until you see the This did not solve my issue button. Click it and you'll be able to submit a ticket.
