I Didn't receive my HP promotion.

I Have just bought my first HP Laptop and installed dropbox to received the free space. However Once all my windows updates finished installing i dont have the space allocation as per the promotion

        No, I had an account already which I signed into after install. I’ve not owned a HP before so couldn’t have done this promotion previously too
