Hi Armstrong69, I hope you're doing well!
You can try upgrading to the Basic Extra plan using this link.
However, keep in mind that at the moment, it's only limited to a small number of people.
If the link doesn't help, let me know and I'll be more than happy to help!

I've subscribed a Dropbox Basic Extra few month ago after receiving the invitation in Dropbox desktop app. My wife also received the same invitation but overlooked it because she does't need more space. Now she changed her mind (needs) and few more GB could help her. I looked around but the plan seem to not be accessible to new user. I also used the link proposed in your response but I receive an error.
It's possible to reactivate the plan or define new one with similar space assigned.
All other Dropbox plan are so big and costly and we doesn't need so much space an don't want to spend so much money to use 20 or 30 GB out of 2TB
Maybe one or more plan with 50 / 100 / 200 or so GB are to be introduced as the competition already do. More granularity on the plan offering in my opinion mean enlarge the potential base of customers.
Thank's for every hint you could provide.
Regards

Hey GianvittorioN, thanks for posting here.
I'm afraid that if this was a special offer that wasn't redeemed, it wouldn't be possible to reinstate it.
If you're looking for some ways to add extra space to yours or your wife's account, though, you can take a look at this page as well.
I hope it helps!

I understand that was a sort of special once-in-a-time. I was only hoping in a replica or a brand new campaign. We already played all the cards sending invitation at family and friends. Jumping from 2 GB to 2TB is a bit too much I was hoping in something in the middle also in order to grow gradually.
Hope someone in Dropbox marketing department too at heart this possibility and seriously think about introducing something in this way.
Thanks' for your time

YOU used the link and received an error, which would be expected since you already have the plan. Did your wife try the link, while either signed in to her account or not signed in at all?

Sorry english is definitely not my language.
I tried on the device of my wife and the message say that I (she) was not entitled for the plan.
Now I tried again (always with my wife tablet obviously) using the link you posted and IT SUCCEEDE 👍.
I don't know what I was doing wrong previously (wrong link? wrong cut and paste? ) but now my wife is an happy owner of a Basic Extra plan.
Thank you very much for the support

Dropbox periodically tests different plans and/or features with a small group of people to see how they're received and how well they work. Offers like this could be limited to a geographic region, or to a group of people on a specific operating system.
If you're not currently eligible for a specific plan or product, there's no way to opt-in to it. You'll need to wait until they widen the test group or fully release it.
