- Shobitha8 years agoNew member | Level 2I also wish to change from a Dropbox business account to a Personal (Dropbox plus) account. Its been about a day since the free trial expired for the business account, and I do not have a personal account set up as of now. Is it possible to downgrade to a personal account and get a refund for the balance? (as a personal account is cheaper than the business)
