How long does a refund take to process?
Hi, I was auto-charged for an annual dropbox subscription and have been notified by my bank that a refund is pending action by Dropbox. How long will the refund take to process?

Generally, refunds take 3-5 business days for them to get processed in the system and for the amount to return to your payment provider.

Hi,
I subscribed to the annual package and cancelled it. I don't have access to DropBox plus anymore. I received a notification from my bank that action is pending on DropBox's side for the refund. Can someone get in touch with me to resolve the problem please?

Hi AhmadArif1994, as Jay mentioned, a refund can take up to 5 business days.
When did you contact our Support, in order to get the refund, and do you have a ticket number reference to share with me?

Hi Photos Saunders, let's jump right into this!
Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

Same situation! it's already 5 business days and it still did not reflect on my account. i cannot reply on the ticket email because my subscription is already cancelled. i'm from the philippines, by the way.
