Since this is a sensitive, account specific matter, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly.

 

You'll need to open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.

 

In the "I want to look up information related to:" section, choose "other" and then type in your own email address, fill out the rest of the form and submit your request.

 

Let me know once you have your ticket number!
