Hey Red Gerran, sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that it looks like your trial was indeed cancelled, but you'll get to keep the additional quota till the end of the trial period.

If you use our payment lookup tool, does it bring up the email of the account that was charged?
And is it the same as the one you deleted?

You have a period between my first and last name, but that is the only difference. I signed up with the same email address no period. That must have been your translation, not mine. I do have a copy of the deleted account email.- Nancy2 months agoDropbox Staff
Pam000, to clarify, does the email address you see contain a period between your first and last name? If yes, then this is considered a separate email address (also, Dropbox has no way of editing your email address; this is something that only you can control).
In any case, since we can’t look into this from a public forum, can we log a ticket for you (to the email address you see here) and check this internally?
