Hey Red Gerran, sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that it looks like your trial was indeed cancelled, but you'll get to keep the additional quota till the end of the trial period.

This exact thing happened to me. I even kept the email to prove that the account had been deleted and they were “sorry to see me go”. No way to talk to a human and now being charged. I tried to delete the account twice, but with a email that stated they were sorry to let me go , you can imagine I’m very upset about being charged!! Any advice???

How did you create the trial? Was it through our website directly or from the Dropbox app on your mobile device?

If you use our payment lookup tool, does it bring up the email of the account that was charged?
And is it the same as the one you deleted?
