Cancelling a Dropbox Sign subscription
I don't see a way of cancelling a Dropbox Sign subscription on the Dropbox Sign home page under Profile, nor is it possible on the Dropbox home page under 'Settings' --> 'Plan'.
I hope someone can...
- 2 years agoI finally succeeded in canceling my subscription.
I would like to suggest that you make the process easier for everyone by duplicating the unsubscribe process for Dropbox on your Dropbox Sign website.

I'm glad to hear it's sorted now and thanks for your feedback as well Jo1Sy
Let us know if you have anything else to add.
- Jo1Sy2 years agoHelpful | Level 5I finally succeeded in canceling my subscription by logging into my (old) Hello Sign account and doing it from there.
It’s high time Dropbox sorted this issue out and allow users to unsubscribe from either their Dropbox or Dropbox Sign websites… and not via a defunct Hello Sign website.

I cannot find any way to cancel this DropBox sign subscription and just noticed the charge when i received my AMEX bill. After reading all of the threads from others with the same issue this is a universal problem. Why is Dropbox making this so difficult and only offering a solution through email after receiving a complaint? This is obviously a huge problem and I can only guess that others are being taken advantage because a resolution is not simple at all. This is why the government needs to intervene on these subscriptions that are next to impossible to opt out of.
Please HELP!!!
