Hello I have been charged a subscription after having a basic free account for several years. I did not authorize thin & do not know him to even use Dropbox. What is going on? How ong is a subscription?

How did you pay for this subscription, was it through a credit card or through iTunes/Google Play?

My debit card/bank account was used for a basic monthly subscription without my permission or knowledge. I do not need the prescription or want it. I am not working. Hey Bjames, if you have a free Basic account, but got charged, you probably got charged for a different account.
Is the JesusPlease profile yours as well? Could it be possible that you're charged for that account instead?
And which account should we reach out to, please?
