Cancel subscription & refund my amount
I want to cancel my subscription and get my amount refunded.

While you can cancel your subscription, refunds are not typically available. When you cancel, you prevent any future charges at your next billing period but you retain your account benefits until that time, at which point your account would be downgraded to Basic.

My account is disconnected and I am yet to receive my refund.
