Hi yomaocorp
Until you are actually a paid user of Dropbox Business the bandwidth limits and support options are set at the lower plan of Basic. Therefore even starting a new trial will do exactly the same thing. This is detailed at https://help.dropbox.com/share/banned-links.
You need to pay to use the services fully. Once you do it will all work and you will have the higher bandwidth limits. Note there ARE limits for downloads - just not file limits but bandwidth instead. See the link above.

Should I cancel the trial and start over with the business plan? I’m just worried that it will delete all the current files I’ve uploaded, which I can’t afford to lose.

yomaocorp, even if you downgrade your Dropbox account, this shouldn’t affect the files you’ve already uploaded.
However, if this is the first time the ban has been applied to your Dropbox account, it should be lifted automatically after 24h have passed.
If you still have issues after this timeframe, feel free to let us know here and we can further assist.

I want to stay on dropbox business and we already connect payment but it says it will charge us at 9 November - we need it now, we need to share our files and the other stuff without any limits not at 9 November but now - what should we do? Exit free plan and click to buy business plan or what?- Mark15 days agoSuper User II

The only thing would be setting up a whole new account, but, I suspect that means reuploading everything
