File issues between ScanSnap and Dropbox

I attempted to connect through the Dropbox customer service chat, but it was not functioning.  Clicked the link and nothing happened. So I am seeking guidance here in the community.

I used to be able to scan documents from my ScanSnap scanner into Dropbox but I moved some files and now ScanSnap cannot find the Dropbox connection.  The message I get is:

"The ScanSnap Home folder cannot be found because it has been deleted, moved, or renamed.

See the ScanSnap Home folder.

/Users/denny43/Dropbox (His Original Design)"

I apparently moved the "ScanSnap Home folder" from the /Users/denny43/Dropbox (His Original Design) and now cannot figure out how to get it back.  I had the ScanSnap customer service connected to my computer for over an hour trying to figure it out, but they were unable to move the Dropbox link back into the Users/Denny43/ file and said that I needed to contact Dropbox to make sure it was done properly so I would not loose the files.

I am NOT a computer savvy person, and regret moving files that got me into this mess.  It may also be an issue between my desktop Dropbox connecting to my online dropbox, but I don'g know.  Any help or guidance will be deeply appreciated.  I have not been able to scan my documents for some time and need to get them up into my Dropbox files soon.  Thank you.

What files did you move and how did you move them? Be specific, please. Have you tried to create a ScanSnap folder in your Dropbox to see if that resolves the issue?
