Moleskine Smart Notizbuch Dropbox Connected but getting an error
Good evening, I bought a "Moleskine Smart Notizbuch" because the communication with Dropbox was promoted as a functionality. Unfortunately, I am unable to connect the necessary APP “PAGE CAMERA” with the DROPBOX APP. The error message “Error loading APP info” from Dropbox APP appears on all iOS devices - "An unknown error has occurred." Is there a solution? Without the connection it will be only a very expensive paper ... Thx and kind regards VF

Random files suddenly locked by themselves when using Excel.
I have a domain environment devices with dropbox on them, we are collaborating on excel sheets using online excel. We have only the basic free plan of Dropbox So as i know the feature of locking files for editing is not available. But suddenly this error started to show however we all have editing permission. And offline side of Dropbox the locked files now have a lock sign on the excel icon's side. The online error says : "Someone else is editing this workbook. I was working on a file on Excel, I thought I had saved but possibly not. The file was live in my window. Excel did not crash, but when I went back to Excel - it had disappeared and when I tried opening it I got a Resource Deadlock Warning. I wasn't connected to the internet at the time. I probably should have checked my old files then but it didn't occur to me. When I was next on the internet I opened the file and it was a file from over 3 weeks ago. I have since searched everywhere on version history/events and my hard disk temporary files for the old file but only the version from September has come up. I feel probably no way of recovering but thought worth checking what went wrong and if anyone else has had this problem. Not sure if it is a dropbox or excel issue or a combination of the two.
Access Blocked: Dropbox's request does not comply with Google policies
So I have started using a new device Galaxy S24 Ultra. I transferred all my details over and opened the Dropbox App. When I choose an Excel file and tried to open it so I could edit it, it asked me to sign in to my microsoft account. I did this and then I got the error "Access Blocked: Dropbox's request does not comply with Google policies" it works fine on my old device still but not on my new device. What am I doing wrong? I'm typing this on my phone and want to add a screenshot but can't find how to add an image.

Hello, I am contacting you because when I want to open a Drobox file by doing "open in" Word for example, it displays an error message and how the Dropbox request does not respect Google's regulations (attached is the screenshot of the error message). However, it works very well on my laptop. I checked and JavaScript is allowed in the browser which is Chrome. Has this already happened to one of you? Kind regards. Mike
