Can't sync my Dropbox account to a new computer
I have a Dropbox account with 2.75 GB of storage that I previously had set up on my desktop Mac. Now I have a new computer and can't see any of the Dropbox files or folders. I can still see them from my phone, so I know they exist. I tried using the Connect a Computer tool from Dropbox on my phone, but nothing changed. The Dropbox folder on my computer is empty and the Dropbox icon on the menu bar doesn't show anything either. How do I reconnect this new computer to my Dropbox account with the files and folders?

Hi, Are you sure you're signed into the correct Dropbox account on your new computer? This account should match the one you use on your phone where you can see your files.
If you are using the correct account but still cannot see your files, try unlinking and relinking your computer. Please note that a basic Dropbox account allows you to link only up to three devices
