New message notifications will not go away

    I ended up removing App from iPhone and reloaded it. Bit of a faff but worked

Same issue here on the iPadMini 5. The advice from Dropbox to delete and reinstall is NOT helpful. This is clearly a bug that needs to get fixed.

Hi there 3DPhoto, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Could you clarify your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox app installed there as well?

 

Did you try clearing the app's cache at all since you first noticed this by the way?

      For now is the kicker. It comes back with the next alert.
