iOS app opens to blank screen
Every time I open the Dropbox app it just goes to a blank screen so I can’t access any of my files. The only way I can fix it is to restart my phone which takes a lot of time as it seems to only work...
- 5 years agoHey mario f.2, it's Jane this time; sorry to hear about any frustration caused.If it’s not too much to ask, could you try the following steps once to see if these do the trick this time?
- Uninstall the Dropbox App
- Sign out from iTunes
- Restart your device
- Sign into the iTunes
- Download and Install Dropbox
- Try to sign into your Dropbox account

Please reinstall the Dropbox mobile app and let me know if the issue persists.
If it does, a screenshot of the blank screen, will help me suggest the next steps.

Hi Fiona, I’ve got support working on the issue. Reinstalling works for a couple of days then it starts happening again. Have sent them a screencast showing it happening.

- Andrew F.145 years agoHelpful | Level 6Thanks Fiona I appreciate you getting back to me. I’ve deleted and re-loaded the dropbox app version 168.2 again today and its still opening with the dropbox logo and then going to a white blank screen again.
