How can I get the Paper desktop app?

Hi, I found this setting under Settings- Connected apps, but where can I get the Paper desktop app? Thanks in advance!

    Its currently in close beta. 

    If you are part of the beta you will be able to install it via a pop up on screen when you go to http://paper.dropbox.com

I've seen the previous posts about the Dropbox Paper desktop app in a closed beta.  As an avid user of Paper, I'm curious: is there an expected release date or open beta period for the app?

I don't have any information to disclose at the moment but I'll make sure to circle back here with an update once I have something concrete to share.
