Hey Kenny C, thanks for reaching out to us today.
Is it possible that you have any shared folders taking up your space, or you had previously enabled our backup feature?
If you check your backups page here, what do you see?
Can you take a look at Iliana's reply here, to see if the info there is helpful?

Hi @Hannah
after deleting the backup files, the space still show out of space, not sure where the data is.
