Hi Nancy, can you clarify if you can only increase limits with a max of 1tb ? so Plus would have a ceiling of 3tb and Professional would have a ceiling of 4tb ?? or can you keep buying 1tb units so you could have a 10tb Professional account for example ?
Thanks in advance
Nancy

Hey tenorphoto! The 1TB is a one-time add-on indeed, meaning you can only purchase it once for your Dropbox account and increase its space to 3TB (for Plus) and 4TB (for Professional).

thanks Hannah,
it would be great to have the option to expand the capacity for a single user. I'm a photographer and like many creatives the requirement for cloud based storage is becoming more convenient & important for workflow. I'm using Gdrive, apple & Dropbox - but keen to consolidate on Dropbox
I'm absolutely certain I'm not the first person to want this.
look forward to hearing when this is available
regards
