My Inspector just informed me that he has been uploading to his own file by mistake rather than the file I sent him. Thank you for your help and please disregard.

Hey Emma S - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
May I ask if your collaborator is able to see the files they upload from their end on the website?
Did you send a link with edit rights or view only rights perhaps?
Let us know what you find and we'll take it from there, Emma.

He can see them on his end. I sent him a link that he is able to edit.

And when you say shared file, I assume you're referring to a folder to which you shared a link to with edit rights - is that correct, Emma?
Could you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let me know if you can see the files now?
In the meantime, you can also open a file request for your collaborator to upload files back to your account directly.
