Upgrading Database
My Dropbox app has been 'Upgrading Database...' for a number of hours today with the result that my colleagues can't see or access new files that I have worked on today because my sync is not up-to-d...

Hi there GarryWP, sorry to hear about this.
Can you please let us know if you tried rebooting since you first noticed this?
If you did and this persists, can you send us a screenshot so that we can have a look too?
Thanks so much!

Hi Walter,
yes have rebooted and the same message appears. One of my colleagues who logged on at the same time as me this morning had the same message but it only lasted about 2 hours. Screen shot attached.

How many files are you syncing locally on your computer normally GarryWP?

I can see approx 500 folders with about 100 at any one time synced to my mac locally.
Syncing files normally only takes minutes when I boot up in the morning. I haven't seen this message before 'Upgrading Database'.
I can leave the machine on overnight to see if it resolves. Could it be indexing all files? As mentioned hasn't happened before.
