Shared links can't be opened by people I send them to
Hi, as of some weeks, when we share links of a folder to an external user (clients), they are not able to access the folder and have to request permission. We have all permissions open, so it's not a configuration issue.
Please if you could review what is happening and or indicate how to solve this issue, due that we are needing to recur to other sharing pages, which is not the idea.
